Re: Oriclopedia: A series of videos on all things Oric
Thanks Dbug - nice article.
Did you ever get the Oric Owner? Back in the day I never managed to get any copies so don't know if they were any good or not, but would be interesting I guess to see what you thought..

Yeah I had Oric Owner, there's actually quite many printed materials I have to speak about, but all that takes quite some time
Re: Oriclopedia: A series of videos on all things Oric
Let's start 2021 with a new Oriclopedia video!
Today's topic is "Joystick Interfaces", where I cover the origins of the Atari Joystick connector, various pinout you can encounter, the Telestrat ports, difference between Expansion Bus and Parallel Port interfaces, how they are used, their side effects, how to use Joysticks in emulators, and finally how to add joystick support in your own games.
Happy new year everybody
The code support will be available in the next version of the OSDK, but I need to get a couple things fixed, some documentation, etc...

Nice!
Great explainer video and very nice to see the OSDK support making actually supporting not only IJK but all interfaces quite easy it seems. Thanks!

Informative and accurate.
Re: Oriclopedia: A series of videos on all things Oric
Took the entire day, but here is a new Oriclopedia video about the Oric Library:
Most of you probably already know the content, but did not hurt to summarize the efforts done in these few last months

Re: Oriclopedia: A series of videos on all things Oric
And a modest Oriclopedia update, with a very tiny video, but the idea was to test my new computer setup without starting with something super complicated.
I originally upgraded to a new PC because the 4790k was struggling with the video encoding, so I'm glad to see that the 5950X does solves the issue nicely.
This is the first video made on the new machine, nothing extraordinary, was mostly testing it all!

Been a while since I published an Oriclopedia video, so here comes a big one, covering both Athanor 1 and 2.
I hope I did not write anything stupid regarding Dom's work!

Re: Oriclopedia: A series of videos on all things Oric
A new Oriclopedia video, about tape decks.
And yes, I'm not going to keep them all, I'm going to try to sell half of them, I don't have enough room in my apartment!
