Can you attach some pictures pointing which pinout you need?

You can find schematics here.

Note the power connector has pins drawn not in order.
And also they labelled it +5 and +12 but it's wrong as well. The power brick itself claims to be 8V and 15V, although it's actually quite more when measured.
This is because the regulators are inside the Jasmin, so the input must be higher. This means you can't use a PC PSU directly for example.

I actually just measured 26V and 15V, which is why using the original brick is probably not a good idea since it could overheat the regulators.

I recall drawing the pinout somewhere because the power brick connector wasn't coded, where did I put that…

Code: Select all

+---------+
| |
| o o o o |
| |---| |
+--+ +--+

+12 0 0 +5
That's viewed from outside of the drive, so same as your photo.
And as said, it's actually rather +15V, GND, GND, +8V.

If you want to use a PC PSU, I actually did this temporarily for debugging the board, you'd have to solder some wires inside.

Doesn't it have a cut on the bottom for the EXP cable? Why is it getting out from drive2 hole? :-p
