Looking for Xenon-1 demo

Hi all, Has anyone got the Xenon-1 demo version? It was sold on Ebay long ago, and I was told by the buyer that it was a demo of the game simply playing in loop, but he re-sold it by then. I'd be really curious to see it, it was packaged in the usual Xenon-1 case but IIRC the tape was stamped "...

Any news about the project? It's been silent since last August?

Maybe the original author also has his word on this?
BTW, there's a Windows remake there: http://retrospec.sgn.net/users/rjordan/klass/
Of, it's from 2003, but it would be much more a problem than an Oric release IMHO.

On the (more or less) 500 tapes I've seen or transfered, I count around 50 specific routines. So about 10%

Well, you have to think of the electro magnetic noise around and in the power line as well. Sounds plausible for me, my atmos was on a battery, but not my computer, and the audio cable is not really well shielded. That can explain a lots of things :) We're going off-topic, but I'm dreaming of a rel...

Great news! I am starting to think that I may have some real errors when loading the game in my real atmos too... After having my son playing for a long time, bugs appeared even when I thought the game had loaded perfectly. Maybe some issue with the cable or something, but I have been able to load ...

Finally managed to load the game fine here. Just the main program, with -11 switch, and a 1,5s silence at the end (otherwise my mp3 player was eating the end, even with a 0.5s silence at the end !). Another upgrade that could be fine: the volume level choice at the beginning. When it starts on the r...

Tried to load the game but I keep having errors, because it's not my usual configuration and I didn't find the right settings I guess.
I should be able to load it with my reliable configuration in 8 days...

No switch with Tap2CD as far as I know. Tap2CD requires a really perfect sound quality and will be more subject to loading errors than a usual file. I seem to recall Fabrice had loading errors when he used a compact disc to load Tap2CD files because of audio CD bruning mistakes. And as you said it's...

If that works, Dbug, it is indeed evil  I wonder if it could be possible to use this and create a tap file which: 1 - Includes a loader with a small basic program such as yours, switches to hires and prints on hires something like Skool Daze is Loading.. 2 - Includes the file generated by ...

Hi all, Chema, I just tried to convert the last version I had of Skool Daze to WAV (with wav2tap), and loaded it fine with Euphoric, from TEXT screen. Does you WAV file fail with Euphoric too ? Have you used the -11 switch with tap2wav, for the WAV file you wanted to load on the real machine ? For r...

I've done some translations in games (not for Oric), and belive me as soon as there's a lot of text, it becomes much more complicated that one would expect. Example: there's a pun about Jacques Chirac in a game I want to translate from French to English. Questions: - how do I do to translate the pun...
