Re: My new Cumana drive ;)
USB drive is on board + one normal floppy connector. Also, on board is goldpins for connect switch (as extra option) for swap first and second drive.
So USB can be first or second drive, more drives can be connected on ribbon cable.

Ok, thanks for this clarification.
Nice to have a switch for swapping drives.

Re: My new Cumana drive ;)
It looks great indeed.
I see the batch is sold, time to think about it and too late
So, will there be a V2? (if you love challenges: with additional 3.5" drive in the case? :p )

Is not to late, i have 30 PCB so soon will be more for sale but i need do this first 10 for people who trust and preorder it. I hope relist next 10 on end of next week.
About second 3,5 drive, i plan do separate unit, also in this case. Will be not really expensive.

Re: My new Cumana drive ;)
What are the dimensions of the PCB?
Do you think the device could fit in something like that: I'm basically thinking of the poor empty shell of the Oric Nova 64, with the big hole only used to store the power cable, and since they don't have any Oric or Microdisc logo on them, the missing sticker location would probably be large enough to accommodate the screen, buttons and usb connector.
I guess there could be issues because of the "pillars" inside that attach the red and black parts...

Re: My new Cumana drive ;)
It looks like that could actually work!
I need to check what are the specs of the Nova power supply, but if it's good enough, basically I would just need the board with the connectors, but no actual case, power supply or usb stick
