EAD65C and MINITEXT Manuals

I have recently purchased from Ebay a selection of books (9 Oric Specific and 1 6502 programming book).
2 of them would be very easy to scan as they ar not bound.
They are a user manual for EAD65C by OPEL Ltd and a MiniText user manual also by OPEL Ltd.
2 Questions,
1) Would they be of interest to anyone?
2) Are there any issues with scanning them or would I need to contact the author (not named on the manual)?
I also have the Microdisc Manual in English which could also be scanned by removing a couple of staples.
The other books we just regular books
Atmos Manual
The Oric 1 Companion - Bob Maunder
Meteoric Programming - John Vander Reyden(I now have 2 copies of this as I bought it 30 years ago)
The Oric Prgrammer - S.M Gee ad Mike James
6502 Machine Code for Beginners - AP Stephenson
oh I almost forgot
Oric Atmos and Oric 1 Graphics and Machine Code Techniques - Geoff Phillips
Oric Advanced User Guide - Leycester Wheywell.
These might not be easy to scan in the short term, but I'm not parting with them.
