Funny :)

What you may want to try next time, is to have a 50hz timer for playing the music and scrolling the text, would give more regularity in the movement :)

btw, I got a grey movie with the avi.

Well, it's done now, it was really nice, we even had chats about ORIC :-D

I didn't have time to make a demo this time, but I borrowed a monitor and managed to CLOAD some of my previous prods from my laptop's audio output and show them on the real thing, as well as the STNICCC2000 demo.

No real news about ORIC itself, but I saw several people saying "oh I didn't bring mine this year" :-)
There were many other 8bits though.
I've seen a nice tiny Joytech monitor that is already mentioned somewhere here, I might try to get one.

If you do get one of those Joytech monitors, let me know .. I also want to get one. Having a difficult time finding TV's in my neighborhood that have UHF tuners in them .. everyone has gone HDTV.

You would have thought if everyone is turning to HDTV nowadays then the second hand market(ebay) would be flooded with uhf based tv's?

I bought one of those joytech monitors but it took a long while before i set it up.
However i do remember when i bought it(about 1 year ago now) it was around 100 gbp and was from the only uk distributor still selling them. Infact it was the last one they had so i was pretty lucky :P

I think I may just be late to the game .. people upgraded two years ago, and now all those old great wonderful UHF'ish TV's are either landfill or stuck in someones basement .. sheesh. I've looked all over the place for a cheap little LCD TV with tuner, but I can't seem to find any - I guess the TV world is going digital.

Anyway, still continuing my search for an RGB monitor, which will probably be just as good ..
