Geoff Phillips interview

In this forum you can write about anything that does not fit in other forums.
This includes generic Oric talkings and things that are totaly unrelated but want to share with people here :)

There's an interview here:

Seems like we might have had Boulder Dash on the Oric!

Always great to read tales of the old days from someone who was there in the thick of it all .. would be great if he joined us here on the forum and revealed that he still has all his old Oric stuff tucked away somewhere, eh? :)

I think there was an advert for Boulderdash which said it would be available for the Oric.
Another one that never appeared was War of the Worlds. Based around the Jeff Wayne musical version adverts appeared saying there would be an Oric version. I'm not sure if the game was ever programmed. I think a Spectrum version surfaced, but don't know anything about it.

Its fun to hear of these lost projects. Even more entertaining when they get resuscitated and someone digs out that one long lost tape that still had working code on it, hint hint ..
