Re: Want to try Oric-1 demo

Hi everyone.

After some work I've made my first "demo" on Oric (also my first on any system). It's an atmos demo.

It's without music except a explode sound.

What do you think about it?

I've try this:

Code: Select all

	for(i=147;i<=240;i++){
		curset(0,i,0);
		draw(240,0,0);
	}
But I doesn't work at all. Someone have a solution?

Thanks for your help

[pictconv] Problem on Linux

I have some problem with Pictconv on my linux system. I can't try on a windows on. So I come here to see It's a generic problem or not. When I launch it (wine wine od course), depending of the picture, He can make an infinite loop. So I can't have the picture useful for making the "soft". ...

Re: Want to try Oric-1 demo

It would be more easy in this case. I've look, I have some value to modify so now I would try something with the OSDK and after make it for my oric 1 by modifing the value. For the demo, I will try to make something, but I can help you for it without any problem even if I am really on the Oric demo ...

Want to try Oric-1 demo

Hello everyone, I want to make some demo on my Oric-1. I have only the rom 1.0 basic rom now (I will look to put the 1.1 from atmos) so I have to use ASM or basic code for it I guess. In fact, I've looked for the C programming tools but the documentation explain that the code can only run on a atmos...

Re: Welcome to forum.defence-force.org 2.0

@ Kenneth: Thanks for it :D @ ibisum: You have think a lot to my second idea as I see. What I think, is less difficult to make. It's only a new keyboard in fact and use my oric only in mono mode. I haven't understand what you say about the MP3 player/recorder. How can I connect it to the Oric? I've ...

Re: Welcome to forum.defence-force.org 2.0

First of all, I need something to save programs. I have some tape but nothing to read it. So what I found is the cumulus system which can be very useful. For the second step, I don't really know. But if it's possible, something like a pad to make music with the oric using something like a program I'...
